We are not responsible for missing your recipient so please make sure that they are going to be at the address, date, and time that you give us. Also, please make sure that you give us the correct address, date, and time of delivery when you order, because we write down what you tell us verbatim and are not responsible if any of the information is incorrect or missing. It is your responsibility to make sure that we are allowed access and permission to do the telegram. If the recipient is not there to accept the telegram or if we are denied access, the entertainer will leave and your payment will be forfeited. If you want us to re-deliver the telegram at a later date, there will be an added fee for delivery, new balloons, and new certificate.
We do not issue refunds for any reason due to the immediate amount of scheduling and preparation that goes into your telegram, unless we have to cancel your telegram ourselves, so please be sure that you want to order before you call. Once you order and pay for the telegram, that date and time is reserved and cannot be used by anyone else. If another customer calls and wants your date and time slot, we have to turn that business away and deserve to be paid for it. If you call to cancel, even 5 minutes after you placed your order, keep these things in mind. If we have to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option of a full credit or full refund. While we do understand that things happen, please understand yourself that we have policies in place to protect ourselves and reserve the right to do so.
We are not responsible for the outcome of any telegram and cannot guarantee the acceptance of such. It hasn't happened more than a few times in all of the years we've been in business, but it is possible that your recipient may not want to be the center of attention or want to cooperate with us and we may be turned away. If that happens, remember the phrase "Don't Shoot The Messenger", because there are no refunds.
We are not responsible for any latex allergies or problems associated with any of our products or services. We also do not guarantee the life of any latex or mylar balloon. It is your responsibility to make sure that the balloons are allowed on the premises and that latex balloons are kept away from small children who may choke on popped or deflated balloons.
Our entertainers are Independent Contractors and adults. While we do our best to screen and train our entertainers, we cannot possibly forsee what will happen on a day to day basis. We are a professional company with an excellent reputation and will not tolerate any entertainer damaging that reputation. Any concerns should be directed to our office immediately and politely. We take our customers' opinions and concerns very seriously, so feel free to contact us and please give us a chance to make you happy and/or address your concerns.
You are responsible for the safety of our entertainers while on your property so any dogs that may come in contact with our entertainers need to be put away before the entertainer arrives. You are also responsible for the condition of your driveways and/or walkways on your private property if we are coming to your home or business, so please keep all driveways and walkways free of snow and ice in the winter time. If any entertainer feels unsafe or threatened in any way approaching or being in your home, the entertainment will stop or not perform the telegram and payment will be forfeited. Please have fun but be respectful of our entertainers. They are there to make you laugh and smile.
Entertainers do not carry cash on them other than occasional tips. Any person with intentions of committing any crime against our entertainers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
